Answer & Explanation

Correct answer

1: Retail · 2: 10

For the first blank add all four segments in each bar: Retail = 50 + 20 + 8 + 2 = 80, Wholesale = 30 + 16 + 10 + 4 = 60, Online = 40 + 14 + 6 + 5 = 65. Retail is the tallest at 80, so it is correct; Online at 65 is second and Wholesale is the shortest.

For the second blank you read only the associate segment in two bars: Retail has 50 and Online has 40, so the difference is 50 − 40 = 10. The total-height answer does not reveal this gap, since you must isolate the bottom associate band. The choice 20 is Retail's supervisor segment, 14 is Online's supervisor segment, and 8 is Retail's manager segment, none of which is the associate difference.
