Among the successful recoveries only, the club used a parachute on 45 of them and a streamer on each of the remaining successful ones. The two answers draw on different counts, so handle each on its own.

The success percent is the 60 successful recoveries out of all 80 launches: 60 ÷ 80 = 0.75, which is 75 percent. The value 25 is the failure rate, the 20 unsuccessful launches over 80, which answers the opposite of what is asked. The value 56.25 is 45 ÷ 80, which wrongly puts the parachute count over the full season instead of asking about the success share.

The streamer count is the successful recoveries that did not get a parachute: 60 − 45 = 15. The value 20 is the number of unsuccessful launches, 80 − 60, a real season figure but from a different group, not the streamer count.

The success percent rests on the 60-out-of-80 split and the streamer count rests on the 45 parachutes within the 60, so the two readings do not feed each other.
